ORDER

New Delhi, the 28tb November, 1978

S.O. 685(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the
Essential Commodities Act, 1935 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby
makes the following Order further to amend the Imported Cement Control
Order, 1978, namely

1. (i) This Order may be called the Imported Cement Control (Fourth

Amendment) Order, 1978.

(ii) It shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. The proviso to 9ub-clause (2) of clause 7 of the Imported Cement

Control Order, 1978, shall be omitted.
